Andrew y Tristan Tate son arrestados en Miami por nuevos cargos en Reino Unido

Los hermanos Tate fueron detenidos por US Marshals en Miami tras una solicitud britanica de extradicion ligada a 38 nuevos cargos.

Andrew and Tristan Tate were arrested by the US Marshal Service in Miami on July 18, 2026, after the Crown Prosecution Service authorized 38 new charges against the brothers following an investigation into a number of sexual offenses.

The pair were previously charged following evidence submitted by Bedfordshire Police relating to allegations dating back to 2012.

Since then, the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Major Crime Unit has continued investigating further offenses reported to both Bedfordshire Police and Hertfordshire Constabulary.

The new charges relate to four additional alleged victims, bringing the total number of alleged victims in the case to seven. The offending is alleged to have taken place between July 2010 and August 2017.
