One of the documentary’s most notable moments was a recorded phone call with a man who identified himself as prosecutor Nick Miel. After raising the possibility of resolving the case through a plea in abeyance, Ben asked whether Miel had watched footage submitted to police showing the interaction at the center of the complaint.

Ben also claimed Bricks & Minifigs obtained his personal information from Google through legal requests before using it to identify him and pursue legal action. He argued this allowed the company to connect his anonymous investigation to his real identity, something he says escalated the dispute beyond the documentary itself.

Ben argued the footage showed his group immediately agreeing to leave when asked and disputed allegations by BAM CEO Ammon McNeff that they had threatened to burn down the building or shoot anyone inside.

He said the footage contradicted the allegations made against him and claimed the complaint was intended to prevent him from completing his documentary. The prosecutor responded that “a video doesn’t necessarily show everything that possibly happened.”

Elsewhere, Ben also revisited conversations with police following complaints made by Bricks & Minifigs. He claimed investigators determined one of the company’s original allegations, extortion, did not apply before discussing whether any other criminal offences may have been committed.

The documentary also expanded on the protective order that delayed Part 3’s release. According to Ben, prosecutors sought restrictions on how discovery materials could be used because they believed he would publish them on YouTube.

Ben said the judge granted the request, temporarily preventing him from publicly discussing Bricks & Minifigs while the proceedings were ongoing.

Towards the end of the documentary, Ben said those restrictions have since been lifted, allowing him to finally publish Part 3, confirming that a Part 4 is in the works.
