Crumbl is taking inspiration from one of the world’s most recognizable spicy snacks with the launch of its new Flamin’ Lime Crunch Cookie as part of this week’s Road Trip menu.
Available from July 27 through August 1, the limited-time cookie headlines a lineup that also includes several returning branded collaborations alongside two brand new flavors.
The Flamin’ Lime Crunch Cookie is built on a lime sugar cookie that’s rolled in a spicy cheese crisp mixture before being topped with tangy cream cheese frosting. It’s then coated in a spicy cheese crisp streusel and finished with crunchy spicy cheese crisps and a fresh lime wedge.
While Crumbl doesn’t explicitly name Flamin’ Hot Cheetos in the cookie’s title, the bright red topping, crunchy cheese crisps and lime garnish closely resemble the popular spicy snack.
Joining it is another new addition, the Wild Cherry Blue Razz Slushy Cookie, which features a tart lemon cookie rolled in sugar and topped with chilled blue raspberry and cherry mousse before being finished with sugar crystals.
The rest of the weekly lineup includes the Berry Limeade Cookie featuring NERDS Gummy Clusters, Snickers Peanut Butter Cookie, White Drop Cookie featuring Hershey’s Cookies ‘n’ Creme, Honey Bun Cookie, S’mores Cookie Thins, plus Crumbl’s Classic Chocolate Chip, Pink Sugar, Brownie Batter and S’mores cookies.
The Flamin’ Lime Crunch Cookie continues Crumbl’s trend of releasing unconventional limited-time flavors inspired by popular snacks and candies.

Earlier this year, the bakery teamed up with the Jonas Brothers for a limited-time Rob’s Backstage Caramel Popcorn Cookie , which drew long lines from fans eager to try the celebrity-inspired dessert before it left menus.
