Paddy “The Baddy” Pimblett’s dominant win at UFC 329 may have done more than extend his unbeaten run, because it has reportedly already caught the attention of one of TV’s biggest crime dramas .
Pimblett has become one of the UFC’s biggest stars thanks to his aggressive fighting style, charismatic personality, and ability to finish opponents unbelievably fast. The Liverpool lightweight has continued to rise through the rankings, with his latest performance adding another highlight to an already impressive career.
His most recent fight on July 11, 2026, at UFC 329 in Las Vegas, was where he defeated Benoit Saint-Denis just 52 seconds into the first round.
The finish quickly became one of the standout moments of the event and, according to Dana White , president and CEO of the Ultimate Fighting Championship, it also attracted attention outside of the MMA world after Pimblett was approached with an offer to join Mobland.
Mobland is Paramount+’s hit crime drama following two rival London crime families as they battle for power, with a cast featuring Tom Hardy, Pierce Brosnan and Helen Mirren. The series has become one of the platform’s biggest originals since its debut.
According to White, they’re looking to expand their cast after Pimblett’s dominant performance immediately led to interest from the show’s producers.
Speaking in an interview, White, the longtime UFC president and CEO, revealed: “My phone starts ringing the next day on Sunday, and it’s the producers of Mobland. They’re like, ‘We want Paddy Pimblett.'”

White did not reveal any further details about the discussions, and there’s currently no word on whether Pimblett has accepted the offer, though he did express his desire for Pimblett to say yes. It’s also unknown what kind of role he could play or when he might make an appearance if a deal is eventually agreed upon.
Even if the lightweight does join the cast, fans shouldn’t expect to see him immediately. Mobland Season 2 has already completed filming ahead of its scheduled release on Friday, September 18, 2026 .
That means any appearance from Pimblett would most likely come in a potential third season or later, assuming the series continues beyond its upcoming second outing.
